Saint Catherine of Siena
O marvelous wonder of the church,
Seraphic virgin, Saint Catherine,
Because of your extraordinary virtue and the immense good which you accomplished
for the Church and society,
you are acclaimed and blessed
by all people.
By the sheer force of your personality,
you converted thousands
and the mere sight of you melted the hearts of hardened sinners.
O Saint Catherine, inspire me
to reach into the lives of others
and influence them for good,
so that God's name will be ever
blessed and exalted.
I call upon you with all my affections
and beg you to obtain by our prayers
the favors I so ardently desire.
